Summary
This position will be located in the Systems Operations area of the Bureau of Program Implementation and Enrollment of the Division of Health Plan Contracting and Oversight. Duties include but not limited to: Processing Upstate and NYC enrollments, triaging and analyzing managed care issues through our BML, reviewing, and handling Good Cause and Fair Hearing requests and other general office duties as assigned.z
Basic Qualifications:
High School graduate or equivalent, 3 years administrative experience
