As an Enrollment Director at Merryhill School, part of Spring Education Group’s Independent K-12 Division, you'll play a pivotal role in welcoming new students to our campuses. Lead a team dedicated to converting inquiries into enrollments, ensuring each student finds their perfect educational home.

In this role, you will…

  • Drive Success: Meet and exceed enrollment targets.
  • Engage Families: Respond promptly to inquiries and schedule tours.
  • Showcase Our Schools: Conduct engaging campus tours and follow up effectively.
  • Manage Processes: Oversee applications, contracts, and student assessments.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with campus and operations leadership.
  • Optimize Resources: Prioritize tasks and manage resources efficiently.
  • Utilize Technology: Maintain and leverage our CRM system.
  • Forecast: Develop accurate enrollment forecasts.
  • Build Relationships: Cultivate strong connections with school leaders.
  • Problem-Solve: Address and resolve issues quickly and effectively.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years in a sales or lead conversion role with KPI accountability.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, education, or a related field.
  • Proven success in high-ticket conversion activities; education sector experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and conflict resolution abilities. Adaptable, data-savvy, and accountable.
  • Frequent speaking, listening, and computer use.
  • Ability to travel for school visits and training.
  • On-site presence is required at assigned campuses.
