About the Role

As a Preschool Lead Teacher at Merryhill School, you’ll play a key role in fostering a safe and supportive environment where young learners feel valued and empowered. Your presence will help ignite curiosity and confidence in each child, laying the foundation for lifelong learning.

Our teachers create warm, engaging, and creative classrooms that spark excitement for learning and promote essential 21st-century skills like communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and critical thinking. Expect a lively day filled with circle time, playtime, snack time, and plenty of joyful moments!

What You Bring to the Team

  • Minimum Requirements: 12 early childhood education (ECE) units and at least 18 years of age
  • Passion for Working with Children: You’re enthusiastic about creating a joyful and engaging learning experience.
  • Strong Communication Skills: You’re comfortable interacting with children, parents, and team members.
