Overall Scope

Perform all duties necessary, under the general direction of the Supervisor, to operate the machines of the Diesel Injector process.

Hours: 2nd shift

Primary work hours are between 5:30 pm – 4:00 am Monday- Thursday. Over time as needed

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in manufacturing operations
• Experience light industrial machines
• Experience using hand tools

Responsibilities and Duties

• Operate Diesel Tear Down process

• Perform ‘in-process’ inspections.
• Track quality performance of process
• Segregate non-conforming product.
• Communicate to Process or Cell Technician and Team Leader as necessary.
• Perform work by SOPs and safety rules.

Ergonomic Focus

• Working at machine station.
• Press actuator buttons or pull press handle.
• Assemble or Disassemble Injectors and components
• View and read SOPs and Control Plans
• Standing/walking during 10 hour work shift.
• Routinely lift boxes of cores weighting up to 30lbs max
