Photolithography Process Development Engineer
Position Summary:
In the Advanced Technology Services (ATS) group at SkyWater, our team works hand in hand with customers to develop a wide range of exciting new, novel, and fully customized technologies - including superconducting ICs, quantum computing devices, carbon nanotube devices, MEMs, Bio sensors, DNA sequencing devices, Si photonics, and III-V devices. Photolithography is a core component of that work. SkyWater is looking for an outstanding engineer to join the team and further drive photolithography development.
Responsibilities:
- New process development/transfer/integration in a manufacturing environment.
- Develop or integrate robust manufacturable process recipes for ATS customers in the area of photolithography.
- Development of specialized/novel device integration schemes to support customer needs.
- Drive continuous improvement of process capability and controls.
- Resolve process excursions and drive permanent Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCA).
- The job also requires performing other duties as assigned. Percentages of time spent on job duties are estimates and may vary for each position.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors in an Engineering discipline.
Experience and Skills:
- 0- 2 years of experience
- Prior Photolithography experience is a plus.
- Fab processing tools knowledge/experience.
- Knowledge of DOE, SPC, and 6-sigma concepts and applications.
- Clear problem-solving capability, data driven, inventive solution oriented and can articulate thought processes.
- Can work both independently and in cross-functional teams for problem solving.
US Citizenship Required: This position will require the holding of or ability to obtain government security clearance which requires U.S Citizenship.
The annual salary range for this role is $66,480 - $99,720. Pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, the job-related experience, skills, education, and credentials of each candidate.
