Shift: B Shift. This is defined as Sunday through Tuesday and every other Wednesday from 6:00 pm to 6:15 am. This shift receives a 10% differential.
The Senior Fab Technician is responsible for facilitating day to day operations tasks, providing value to the floor processes by loading and unloading tools, moving product and prioritizing as needed, and working collaboratively to ensure a high level of organizational efficiency and productivity.
Major Areas of Accountability:
- Works assigned shift and overtime as needed to ensure productivity and on-time delivery to customers.
- Operation (Load and Unload) of major tools and support tool sets within the fab safely and with a quality mindset in a cleanroom environment
- Works collaboratively with fab team and fab management to ensure correct prioritization.
- Champions a culture based on the company core values to new hires and existing employees.
- Support cross-functional areas/bays as needed to increase fab efficiency.
- Follow detailed instructions to ensure correct procedures are completed.
- Perform quality inspections on finished products.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
- 1-3 Years of relevant work experience
- 18 years or older.
- Basic computer skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- The willingness and desire to learn and grow.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience:
- Experience in the semiconductor industry
- Experience in a cleanroom environment
Physical Demands:
- Ability to repetitively lift up to 12 pounds.
- Work in a cleanroom environment wearing full personal protective equipment attire
- Stand and walk for the duration of a 12-hour shift.

The hourly range for this role is $18.08 - $27.12 per hour. (This role also offers a shift differential of (X%). Pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, the job-related experience, skills, education, and credentials of each candidate.
