Summary: Our Internship program offers students an opportunity to receive training in a professional environment. Throughout your internship you will gain on-the-job experience while working along side experienced professionals who provide you with both guidance and autonomy as you work on challenging projects. Our internship programs run typically May - August each year.

 

Project and responsibilities: Work with the process engineering team to develop processes in Heterogenous Integration projects.  This may include experiments, software and hardware for some or all of the following:  Electrical test, data acquisition and retrieval, analysis and decision making. Assist in installation and characterization of heterogenous integration metrology equipment for fan out wafer level packaging.

 

  • Process development for wafer metrology and inspection for advanced packaging technologies
  • Design experiments for next generation Heterogenous Integration process development
  • Review data with management and integration teams, lead discussions, assist in decision making
  • Process development for advanced packaging technologies, publish findings internally
  • Learn and apply DOE, SPC and Six Sigma methodologies

 

Required Qualifications:

Degree Program: Completion of Junior year + in a bachelors’ degree program in the areas of Science, Technology, Engineering or Math.

Skills & Coursework: Statistics, Materials Science and/or engineering courses

The Summer Intern hourly range for this role is $25.50 - $32.20 per hour. Pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, the job-related experience, skills, education, and credentials of each candidate.
