We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Recruiter to join our team and work on-site in our Riverside facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for roles within distribution facilities, warehouse management, inventory management, finance, and operations. This role is critical in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent that will drive our operational and organizational success.


Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition:
    • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for high-impact roles in distribution, warehouse management, inventory management, finance, and operations.
    • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, leveraging traditional and innovative channels to attract top talent.
    • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical operational and leadership roles.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and team dynamics.
    • Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to inform recruitment strategies and hiring decisions.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, guiding them through best practices in talent selection and hiring.
  • Candidate Experience:
    • Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and onboarding.
    • Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing updates and managing expectations.
  • Process Optimization:
    • Continuously refine recruitment processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance.
    • Utilize applicant tracking systems (Dayforce) and data analytics tools to monitor recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Employer Branding:
    • Promote the company’s brand as an employer of choice within the logistics, distribution, and operational sectors.
    • Represent the organization at job fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities.
  • Compliance and Reporting:
    • Ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5-7 years of recruitment experience, preferably within logistics, distribution, warehouse management, inventory management, or related industries.
    • Proven success in hiring for roles in distribution centers across operations, finance, and supply chain functions.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Skills:
    • Deep understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and talent market trends.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
    • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools. Dayforce experience is preferred.
    • Familiarity with operational environments, including distribution facilities and warehouse functions, is highly desirable.
    • Multi-lingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable.
