Responsibilities
- Consult and partner with internal stakeholders to develop an analytical agenda to optimize direct marketing spend for customer acquisition.
- Manage innovations in analytical/statistical methods and applications of analytics/statistics to develop best-in-class solutions to business problems.
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain state of the art predictive analytic approaches to optimize end-to-end acquisition economics (including response, conversion, premium, risk and lifetime value models).
- Design and deliver key marketing metrics and results to track business performance and identify areas of opportunities and risks
- Manage the test and learn process for marketing activities across all marketing channels. Apply methodologies such as Design of Experiments (DOE) to determine cause and effect relationships between marketing actions and business outcomes to optimize marketing spend.
- Utilize deep understanding of media program results and strong communication skills to influence decision making and optimization decisions.
- Build partnerships with other leaders in marketing and across data analytics organizations to share knowledge and insights, align to best practices, and drive improvements.
- Design new data pipelines and produce processes to collect and organize structured and unstructured sources of information. Create, Manage and Optimize audiences and the definitions from Enterprise CDP. Segregate data based on campaign criteria.
- Design scientific experiments and build models to test hypotheses. You will develop segments, audiences and propensity-to-sell scores from 1st, 2nd and 3rd party data
- Discover nascent audience segments and craft precise marketing initiatives to engage them
- Collaborate seamlessly with Marketing and IT Transformation teams to create an integrated view from targeting to effectiveness measurement
Education & Experience Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Sciences, Statistics or Business; or additional equivalent work experience/training relevant to perform job duties.
Experience:
- 4-6 years data analytics experience to include data mining, data science, database architecture, data modeling, predictive analysis, time series analysis, machine learning, and developing large data pipelines.
- Strong influence, communication, and presentation skills, bridging gaps between data and business owners
- Experience with at least one major cloud database technology (Snowflake, Redshift, Big Query, Databricks). Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform.
- Strong Python and SQL skills.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Experience working with Python, R, Adobe Experience Platform, MS Azure, SQL and any ETL
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to business challenges with data and research
- Comfortable working on multiple priorities while adhering to strict deadlines.
Certifications
- Professional Certificate in Data Science or Database Architecture preferred.

Work Environment
Hybrid Position (3 Days In-Office, 2 Days Remote):
- This position follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring in-office presence [three days per week] and remote work [two days per week]. Core work hours will be designated by the department. The office environment includes a standard workstation setup with collaborative spaces, while remote work requires a reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable home workspace. Employees must maintain availability during standard business hours and adhere to company policies for both in-office and remote work.
Travel: 0 – 10%
The hiring range for this position is $88,000 to $110,000 per year. This range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications.
