Overall Goal of Position:
The Production Supervisor for Sauer Brands, Inc., is responsible for direct supervision of all team members in the production department, to direct all daily activities in production and assist in providing structure for department processes and procedures while supporting and building OurRecipe@SauerBrands:

Monday through Friday 5:30AM TO 4:30PM
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be able to perform job hazard analysis with assistance of the Safety Leader and Operations Manager. Capable of creating SOPs for production lines. Minimizing line downtime, increasing efficiency, managing employee absences and performance issues will be among the pillars for success. As a Sauer Brands team member, the candidate will execute special projects, initiatives as assigned, accept safety as a condition, and support factory operations. Furthermore, the candidate must embrace and support the building of the Sauer Brands Recipe.
- Ensure product conformance and line efficiency
- Direct setup and adjustments of production machines/lines
- Responsible for driving a box truck to pickup and drop off products between two buildings (when needed)
- Interprets specifications and job orders to workers, and assigns duties
- Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules
- Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product
- Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of production lines, department, or work crew
- Understand utilize and be able to train staff on ERP and OEE systems
- Work cross-functionally with all departments
- Master Scheduler, Buyers and other supply chain staff
