Finish Associate I

SCHEDULE: Monday thru Friday 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Position Summary:
The Finish Room Associate I will have various tasks and responsibilities in the finishing department including:
- Manually apply finish and stain
- Prep and inspect parts
- Hang and Remove parts from the line
- Quality inspection
- Sanding wood parts
- Sealer sanding
Position Requirements:
- Lift over head up to 25lbs
- Regular lifting, maneuvering and positioning of product up to 50 lbs.
- Must be detail oriented
- Good eye for color matching
- Requires full shift of standing, walking, bending and lifting
- Able to read, write and follow instructions, both written and verbal
- Able to use hand held power tools with accuracy and precision
- Able to assist in training employees
- Ensures a safe working environment by conforming to all safety guidelines including, but not limited to, wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Experience and Knowledge Required:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous finishing experience is preferred
- Previous Manufacturing Experience preferred
- Ability to wear and use respiratory
