What You’ll Do

  • Plan and organize daily shipping activities for smooth and efficient operations.
  • Lead and guide a team of shipping associates, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
  • Train team members on procedures, safety standards, and best practices.
  • Verify the accuracy of orders, ensuring products are picked and loaded correctly.
  • Oversee truck loading for stability, proper sequencing, and customer preferences.
  • Maintain an organized and clean dock area and finished goods cooler.
  • Ensure proper rotation and labeling of products following FIFO standards.
  • Complete and file shipping documentation accurately and on time.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 1-2 years in shipping, logistics, or warehouse environments.
  • Leadership Potential: Proven ability to guide and motivate team members.
  • Skills: Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and basic math skills.
  • Physical Readiness: Comfortable lifting up to 30 lbs. and pushing/pulling up to 200 lbs.
  • Team Player: Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with lift trucks, power jacks, and refrigerated food environments.
