Are you looking for a stable, rewarding career with growth potential? Join our Soup Room team as a Prep Cook on the 2nd shift. You'll be vital to our operation, ensuring our soups meet the highest quality standards.

What You'll Do:

  • Weigh and measure ingredients with precision according to specific recipes.
  • Ensure ingredients meet strict food safety and quality standards, including adherence to HACCP guidelines.
  • Stage and prepare ingredients in a clean and organized workspace, ensuring perishable goods are stored properly.
  • Work with food ingredients such as dairy, grains, vegetables, and proteins—ensure you're comfortable with potential allergens or religious dietary restrictions.
  • Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to maintain consistency and quality throughout production.
  • Maintain clear and complete documentation of processes and follow all safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout for equipment.

Work Conditions:

  • Environment: You’ll work in cold, hot, and damp areas, including cooking, refrigerated, and freezer spaces. Floors may be wet, and you'll be on your feet most of the shift.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift to 50 lbs., bend, twist, and perform repetitive tasks.
