POSITION SUMMARY: The Driver is responsible for transporting residents to appointments and events. These activities will fulfill the SageLife Mission and demonstrate the We Care Values and the Sage Associate Promise. |

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:
Perform other duties as assigned |

QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High school or GED equivalent. Experience: 2 years’ experience as a driver. Licensures and Certifications: Current First Aid and CPR certifications preferred. Valid Pennsylvania commercial driver’s license

WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to lift/push/pull/carry minimum of 50 lbs without assistance. Ability to lift/push/pull/carry minimum of 75 lbs with assistance. Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and stoop as needed. Must be at least 21 years of age.
Equipment Used: Car, Passenger Bus, and Wheelchair Van
Other Requirements: Must not have any major driving violations (DWI, homicide, reckless driving, drugs, leaving the scene) or two or more moving violations or one at fault accident in the last five years. |
