Our Business Sales team is a key piece of our customer service department. Russell Cellular operates 750+ Verizon Wireless locations nationwide and our Business Solution Specialists are responsible for outbound calling to new and existing Verizon business customers, as well as internal and external relationship management. This position works closely with retail sales leaders to support business growth within the company. 

Qualifications needed:

  • Strong verbal communication skills in the English language
  • Good sense of organization
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced working environment
  • Strong typing skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Effective phone and email communication with colleagues, existing customers, and potential customers
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of company products and services
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Russell Cellular and Verizon Wireless policies and procedures
  • Self-driven and also able to work within a structured team environment
  • Flexibility with scheduling
  • Positive attitude and pleasant demeanor are a must
  • Professional appearance
