What will you do in your role?

  • Maintain all assigned email inboxes and prioritize messages as needed.
  • Responsiveness and timeliness are highly important.
  • Update store hour reporting and systems to notate any changes that day to store operating hours (late opens, early closures, full day closures).
  • Generate daily, weekly, bi-weekly reporting to provide insight into store operations and areas for opportunity.
  • Develop close professional working relationships with leadership in all retail locations
  • Add and update new and existing locations within internal point-of-sale system.
  • Keep existing databases and systems current.
  • Proactively investigate local weather trends that may impact store operation to provide communication to sales field regarding stand operating procedures and ensure proper reporting.
  • Assist Operations Management with updating the Verizon Distribution Dashboard Management with store construction dates as well as completion photos of all projects.
  • Audit posted store hours on Google quarterly to ensure accuracy.
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for incorrect hours in various systems.
  • Confirm seasonal and/or holiday hours for mall locations as well as Agent Partner Program locations.
  • Manage and oversee company fleet vehicles and fleet vehicle systems and processes
  • Updating ALM periodically with photos after acquiring stores, relocating stores, and/or remodeling/refreshing existing stores.
  • Review quarterly internal audits and communicate needed changes to store leadership.
  • Review brand compliance surveys and communicate needed changes with store leadership
  • Oversee the installation, removal, and repair of store inventory safes
  • Manage miscellaneous projects.

 

Job Qualifications:

  • General phone and email management
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to type and proficient with use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills necessary to effectively build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously and to adapt to rapidly changing schedules, priorities, and workflow.
  • Ability to be flexible and creative in developing solutions that deliver results.
