The Career Opportunity…
As a Training Support Specialist, your main responsibility will be to support and assist the Corporate Trainers in maintaining and delivering all training programs for Russell Cellular and its Agent Partners.
Training Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):
- Track and record Attendance for all webinars
- Participate in training and webinars
- Ensure team members are meeting webinar expectations
- Update new hire trackers
- Communicate with new hires and leaders regarding training delays
- Assist corporate trainers as needed
- Help maintain training mail box and calls
- Help ensure content is updated and accurate
- Develop and maintain knowledge of Russell Cellular and Verizon products and services
- Troubleshoot issues
- Drive engagement in the systems
Skills you will need
• Wireless sales experience in a retail environment
• Experience in fast-paced learning and development or training role where you are tasked with using data to drive decisions to create and implement learning strategies
• Knowledge and understanding of curriculum and learning development
• Ability to design, develop, and deliver new hire training curriculum and other courses
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high-level presentation skills
• The love of coaching and teaching others to reach their full potential
• Sense of humor, positive, collaborative, outgoing, and flexible
• Organized, resourceful, creative, focused
• Digital technologies knowledge or willingness to learn
• Experience with designing, coordinating, and providing development to others
• Self-starter with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Be willing, open, and honest at all times
• Coachable, adaptive, and improvisational
• Extremely positive and optimistic outlook each day.
• Ability to work independently while still working on team goals.
• Knowledge of training outline and systems utilized within RC for various follow-up and communication needs.
• The ability to recognize when adjustments might need to be made due to confusion related to the training path.
