What you’ll do:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Social Media Content associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy, driving engagement, and ensuring that all social media activities align with the brand’s objectives. You will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to manage content creation, posting, media spends, and performance measurement. Your creative vision, organizational skills, and ability to track results will contribute to the overall success of our social media initiatives
- Social Media Planning:
- Develop and maintain a detailed social media plan at a daily level, aligning with relevant stakeholders across the organization.
- Create content buckets and ensure that posts are planned across platforms for the next 90 days, keeping campaigns and seasonal events in mind.
- Social Media Execution & Posting:
- Create engaging copy and visual assets for posts, ensuring they align with the overall social media plan.
- Manage the timely execution of posts across all social media platforms, including scheduled posts and real-time updates.
- Boost posts strategically to increase engagement and reach.
- Agency Management:
- Manage external social media agencies to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of all social media content and campaigns.
- Provide feedback and guidance to ensure output meets the brand’s standards and expectations.
- Creative Output:
- Uphold high standards for creative output, ensuring that all content maintains a strong visual identity and compelling storytelling.
- Collaborate with design and creative teams to develop content that resonates with target audiences.
- Measurement & Reporting:
- Track and report social media performance metrics, providing insights on engagement, reach, and ROI.
- Adjust social media strategies based on analytics and ensure performance goals are met.
- Content Strategy & Content Buckets:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for content buckets, determining the purpose and role each content type plays in achieving broader campaign objectives.
- Ensure content is aligned with the overall brand voice and messaging.
- Media Spends:
- Oversee media spends for social media campaigns, ensuring allocated budgets for boosting posts and driving installs are used efficiently.
- Monitor campaigns to ensure spend is optimized for campaign objectives and desired outcomes.
- Brand Strategy Alignment:
- Ensure the social media strategy is closely aligned with the overarching brand strategy and communicates the brand's message consistently across all channels.
- Work with other teams to integrate brand strategy into social media content and campaigns.
Who we are looking for:
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing, preferably in a fast-paced or agency environment.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) and trends.
- Experience with content creation, media buying, and campaign optimization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external agencies.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
Pay & Benefits:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 yearly. Compensation offered will be determined by level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for a bonus incentive as part of a full salary package. In addition, Roundglass offers comprehensive benefits: Regular 9 federal holidays and 1 floating holiday, 3 days of bereavement, 2 days of jury duty, medical/dental/vision with PPO/HSA plans with employer contribution, EAP provided by CIGNA and Standard, Pet Insurance for your furry friends, Basic Life/LTD/STD employer paid, 401k plan with maximum match of $5,000.00, PTO (paid time off) 120 hours to start and increased by years of service. Some benefits are not applicable for Part-Time Employment & outside of the United States.
