What you’ll do:

• Design seamless, engaging user experiences for the Roundglass wellbeing app and web portal, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
• Lead end-to-end UX efforts, including user research, usability testing, and developing personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Identify opportunities to enhance user engagement and deliver intuitive design solutions across multiple touchpoints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure UX consistency across platforms while adhering to accessibility standards.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and performance metrics to enhance engagement and retention.
• Contribute to and maintain the design system for scalable, reusable components.
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of innovation and design excellence.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of UX design experience with a focus on consumer-facing mobile apps and web applications.
• Expertise in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch, and familiarity with Material Design and responsive frameworks.
• Strong experience in user research, usability testing, and leveraging data to inform design.
• Working knowledge of mobile app and website, and ability to collaborate with developers.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful UX solutions.
• Adaptability to dynamic environments and global team collaboration.

Pay & Benefits:

The anticipated salary range for this position is $100,000 - $130,000. Compensation offered will be determined by level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for a bonus incentive as part of a full salary package. In addition, Roundglass offers comprehensive benefits: Regular 9 federal holidays and 1 floating holiday, 3 days of bereavement, 2 days of jury duty, medical/dental/vision with PPO/HSA plans with employer contribution, EAP provided by CIGNA and Standard, Pet Insurance for your furry friends, Basic Life/LTD/STD employer paid, 401k plan with maximum match of $5,000.00, PTO (paid time off) 120 hours to start and increased by years of service. Some benefits are not applicable for Part-Time Employment & outside of the United States.
