Human Resources Recruiter

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Human Resources Coordinator for our Macon Corporate Office. The HR Coordinator is passionate about the business of "making life better" for our team members and the clients they serve. Under the direct supervision of the Human Resources Business Partner, the HR Recruiter will have a working knowledge of talent acquisition and HR practices to include but not limited to partnering with the manager on position strategy to target top talent, screening, and presenting the offer. The HR Recruiter will perform the full life cycle of recruiting in the coordination of onboarding. What will you do?
- Develops and executes candidate generation strategies and builds a pipeline of talent. Develops new and innovative "out-of-the-box" methods to fill your pipeline.
- Effectively collaborate with the leaders to understand their talent needs and build a staffing plan.
- Build a pipeline and produce a target list of passive candidates for critical positions through research and heavy sourcing, cold calling, phone screens, and networking.
- Generate a high volume of quality candidates under tight deadlines.
- Organizes, manages, coordinates, and assists in the hiring and onboarding of top talent.
· Coordinates and assists with tasks related to the separation processes when appropriate.
· Schedules in-person and phone screenings, ensure the appropriate materials are with the hiring package for manager review and alignment meetings.
· Prepares, interpret, and analyzes talent acquisition data, information, and reports and makes recommendations based on the trends and findings.
· Develops and/or updates job descriptions to ensure job information is current and representative of the role being posted.
· Update candidate records and job information in the applicant tracking system (ATS - Dayforce) and approve selection and onboarding processed within the ATS.
- Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
- Tracking recruiting activities and providing candidate status in a weekly report
- Coordinating the post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materials.
- Identifying opportunities for improving the candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
· Assist with HR planning, development, and other activities as needed.
What must you have?
- BA/BS degree in Business, Human Resources, or a closely related field. (Preferred)
- 1-3 years of relevant and substantial work experience in recruiting and customer service.
- Outstanding interpersonal, teaming, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office Professional Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an attention to detail in effectively branding/marketing open positions.
- Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task, adjust priorities accordingly and meet conflicting deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
