River Edge offers outpatient services at our Emery Highway-Macon, Monroe County and Baldwin County locations. Outpatient services include behavioral health, nursing, and psychiatric assessment, stabilization and medication maintenance services as well as crisis intervention services as well as awareness, education and recovery groups.
River Edge is seeking a strategic thought leader for the Program Manager position for the Fulton County Permanent Supportive Housing program. This individual will be tasked with overseeing the comprehensive operations of the program and will directly supervise the Team Leaders over the case management and care coordination services.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and grant requirements.
- Prepare and submit timely and accurate grant reports, ensuring all metrics and outcomes are documented.
- Collaborate with the finance team to track funding and budget allocation.
- Create and maintain partnerships with local organizations, service providers, and stakeholders to enhance program offerings.
- Represent the program at community meetings and events.
- Directly supervise two Team Leaders, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
- Foster a positive team culture the promotes professional development and accountability.
- Regularly assess the needs of residents and the program to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies for program enhancements and growth.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social service (Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Human Services) required.
- A fully licensed mental health professional (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the practices of Harm Reduction and Housing First philosophies required.
- At least three (3) years of experience working with those with substance use and mental health concerns required.
- At least four (4) years of experience supervising a high-functioning and autonomous team preferred.
- At least two (2) years of related experience in housing preferred.
- Experience working with Client Track, the Homeless Management Information System, is a plus.
- People with lived expertise of incarceration, recovery, homelessness, and those who identify as Trans or LGBQ+ are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Valid Georgia Driver’s license

Regulatory Compliance and Grant Management: Expertise in ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations, grant requirements, and compliance standards. Ability to prepare and submit accurate reports that document metrics and outcomes.
Financial Oversight and Budget Management: Proficiency in collaborating with finance teams to monitor grant funding, budget allocation, and financial reporting, ensuring funds are allocated efficiently and in alignment with program goals.
Stakeholder Engagement and Partnership Development: Skill in creating and maintaining strategic partnerships with local organizations, service providers, and key stakeholders to enhance program offerings and support community engagement.
Team Leadership and Performance Management: Strong leadership in supervising team leaders, offering guidance and support, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering a positive team culture that encourages professional growth and accountability.
Program Evaluation and Strategic Development: Capability to regularly assess resident and program needs, develop strategies for improvement, and implement enhancements to drive program growth and effectiveness.
