The Opportunity

Recurrent Ventures' is looking for a Client Success Associate. The Client Success Associate is a key part of the Recurrent team as they ensure seamless execution of strategic and high touch direct-sold programs. The CS Associate will support the pre-sales process developing digital proposals, and work with internal teams to report, monitor and optimize direct sold campaigns. The Client Success Team at Recurrent Ventures showcase exceptional communication skills; possess the ability to recognize opportunities and problems quickly; keep close attention to detail; and are willing to learn quickly in a fast-paced, friendly, team-focused environment.

The CS Associate will think dynamically and communicate effectively across different internal departments to ensure that deliverables are completed on time and KPIs are reached. Throughout the campaign, the CS Associate will be responsible for reporting on and optimizing all channels to hit and exceed client goals, providing updates to the Client Success Manager.

 

Responsibilities

  • Handling multiple account tasks efficiently, effectively, and productively

  • Creating digital proposals for internal review - managing contract/IO creation

  • Collaborating with internal teams (AdOps, email, social) to ensure all campaign deliverables are executed and KPIs are reached

  • Daily and weekly account management: reporting, campaign delivery updates, and  optimizing

  • Working with Client Success Managers to develop client facing screenshot decks and final campaign reports

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or other related field is preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in digital publishing, with a digital media agency or in the creator space

  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple concurrent projects

  • Professional approach to task management, team collaboration, and execution

  • Working knowledge of social media platforms as well as trends, including but not limited to: YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, 

  • Ability to analyze and interpret data, draw strategic recommendations, and present findings

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales and marketing tools.

  • Highly proficient in Excel, Powerpoint, and Google Docs

  • U.S. based time zone
