Heatseal Operator 1

Rainier Industries is a local manufacturing organization with 128 years of established history. We are home to one of the largest fabric finishing facilities in the country.

We are looking for a Heat Seal Operator 1 to join our team. This is an entry level position with on-the-job training, yet the ideal candidate should feel comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding production environment. 

In this role you will heat seal products like tents and banners using Radio Frequency (RF) machines.

What we are looking for:

• Must be comfortable learning how to operate Radio Frequency heat seal machines.
• Basic math skills. 
• Ability to handle oversize products like heavy and large vinyl fabrics.
• Ability to learn and understand which piece to sew, proper orientation of materials and type of seams. 
• Hand and eye coordination.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Ability to stay on track, work as a team and meet production schedules.

Benefits and Compensation:
This is an hourly position, eligible for overtime. Starting pay is $20.10 - $20.10 per hour.
