We’re seeking an entry-level Digital Signage Solutions Engineer who is ready to dive into hands-on work, contributing to the development and support of our client's digital signage ecosystems.

Role Overview:

As a Digital Signage Solutions Engineer, you’ll be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of digital signage solutions. You’ll write and test scripts, integrate data from various sources, and ensure that all systems are functioning seamlessly. This role offers immediate, hands-on experience with cutting-edge digital signage software and hardware.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and test scripts (e.g., IronPython, .NET) to automate data updates and manage functionality for digital signage systems.
• Implement API integrations to pull data from external sources, ensuring accurate real-time updates (e.g., weather, flight information).
• Monitor and maintain deployed digital signage solutions to ensure consistent performance and uptime.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to digital signage, responding to service requests and ensuring prompt resolution.
• Collaborate with sales, content, and design teams to ensure smooth deployment of data-driven media and experiences.
• Execute tasks related to digital signage system updates, bug fixes, and solution functionality enhancements.

What We’re Looking For:

• Programming Skills: Working knowledge of scripting languages such as IronPython, .NET, or similar.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Comfortable tackling technical issues and implementing effective solutions quickly and efficiently.
• Strong Communication: Capable of clearly explaining technical concepts and providing updates to internal teams.
• Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in scripting, data integration, and system monitoring.
• Proactive Mindset: Takes initiative to ensure all signage systems are operating smoothly and anticipates potential issues before they arise.
• Team Player: Works effectively with others, contributing to team goals and providing technical support when needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with programming languages such as IronPython, C#, and .NET.
• Basic knowledge of API integrations and how to handle data sources.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus.
• Interest or exposure to digital media, interactive displays, or related fields.
