Summary

Our growing company is building our team of insurance professionals to provide oversight, thought leadership and expertise to our product development and implementation activities.

You will use your product and systems expertise with your industry experience to oversee and influence the development and Operations/IT aspects of implementing new products. 

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Active participation in the weekly Retail annuities product development working group
  • Partner with Operations to update Administrative Guidelines/Standards of Practice to reflect the novelty for the new product
  • Partner with IT to ensure new products are integrated with company ecosystems
  • Partner with Actuarial Product Development to oversee testing at implementation
  • Create product training for New Business, Suitability, Policyholder Services, and Claims
  • Capture, track, and drive implementation of any Day 2 builds required

Job Qualifications

  • 10+ years of Insurance industry experience
  • Proven success with product implementations or system conversions required
  • Fixed-Indexed Annuity experience preferred
