The Marketing Specialist is a strategic partner to assigned practice leaders and market sectors, providing marketing expertise to drive business growth. This role has a deep knowledge of each market sector’s business plan and will strategize, create, execute, and measure marketing and sales initiatives aligned with the plans to advance goals and objectives. This role requires a balance of client service, strategic thinking, and innovative problem-solving to enhance marketing effectiveness and brand visibility in an exciting environment that demands strong project management and communication skills to successfully execute marketing initiatives.

Deliver Results

  • Analyze market trends and develop innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.
  • Create and execute targeted lead generation campaigns, proposals, and marketing initiatives to support business development.
  • Develop compelling content for websites, brochures, press releases, case studies, and social media platforms.
  • Plan and coordinate industry events, trade shows, speaking engagements, and awards to increase market presence.
  • Utilize digital marketing tools to measure effectiveness, track ROI, and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Maintain and update marketing assets, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with brand standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts support business objectives and enhance client engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years in post-graduate marketing experience, preferably in professional services marketing.
  • Experience developing and executing digital marketing campaigns is preferred. 
  • Strong content development and client service experience desired.
  • Experience with persona development and targeted audience research preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and Content Management Systems (WordPress, SharePoint). Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, and LinkedIn Analytics is preferred.
