Project Architect II - Program
Make an Impact
As an Architect II, you translate design concepts into final solutions across various project types. You will lead technical design efforts, ensure project quality, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions within budget and schedule constraints. Through your expertise in building systems integration and project management, you will inspire trust and drive results.
Deliver Results
- Develop and oversee design documentation from conceptual phases through construction administration.
- Ensure project design intent is incorporated into detailed documents and aligned with Performance Based Design principles.
- Coordinate technical aspects of projects, including code compliance, systems integration, and constructability.
- Supervise and mentor less experienced staff, fostering their growth and development.
- Utilize advanced design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp for production and presentation purposes.
- Collaborate with consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless communication and adherence to contract documents.
- Participate in client engagement, maintaining positive relationships and a commitment to service excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent
- 5 years of architectural experience with advanced knowledge of design processes, building systems, and construction methodologies.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and experience in producing construction documents.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
- Licensed Architect with current license.
- NCARB registration and AIA membership.
- CSI-CDT certification (training provided).
- LEED AP and WELL AP certifications.
- Experience with SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and BSD Spec Link.
