Overview:
As a Front Desk Agent, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests receive top-notch service from the moment they arrive. Your friendly demeanor and attention to detail will set the tone for an unforgettable guest experience.
Duties:
- Facilitate late check-in for guests with a warm and welcoming attitude, both in person and over the phone.
- Provide information about the hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guests' stay.
- Handle check-ins, check-outs and lockouts efficiently, ensuring accuracy in reservations and payments.
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Utilize phone systems and hotel management software to manage reservations and guest information.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Help housekeeping with laundry to ensure all is done by morning.
- Hourly patrol of our community to ensure all guests respect quiet hours between 10pm – 7am
Qualifications:

Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus

Proficiency in multitasking skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds and problem solve.

Strong guest relations skills to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Flexibility to work varying night shifts including weekends, and holidays.
- Accurately completes shift checklist

Greets and completes established check-in procedures for arriving guests
