Corporate Office Coordinator

Location: Frisco, TX

Reports to: Manager of Recruitment

Pay range: $24 - $26 Per hour DOE

In this role, you'll manage key People Operations tasks such as uploading employee documents in Dayforce, coordinating onboarding sessions for managers, and facilitating required training. You'll also play a critical part in recruitment, handling everything from I-9 verification to background checks, and tracking new hire progress with 90-day reviews. On the Office Administration side, you’ll oversee inventory, coordinate office events, handle mail and packages, and ensure the break room and office are well-stocked and maintained. Your work will help create a positive and well-organized environment for both employees and office operations.

 

 People Operations Responsibilities:

  • Upload and manage employee documents in Ceridian and ensure file compliance.
  • Coordinate manager onboarding sessions for new managers.
  • Facilitate USI Harassment Training for employees.
  • Maintain and track 90-day process for new hires.
  • Notify managers of swag bag tracking details.
  • Maintain consistency in policy document formatting.
  • Organize and facilitate New Hire Orientation events.
  • Assist with uploading employee headshots and related administrative tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, including distributing information to hiring managers and uploading documentation to recruitment files.
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding process by verifying I-9s, overseeing drug screenings, and coordinating background checks.
  • Monitor and report on 90-day new hire surveys.
  • Provide support for People Operations programs and assist with recruitment tasks as needed.

Office Administration Duties:

  • Oversee office inventory management, including ordering and tracking supplies.
  • Plan and coordinate office and company events, including ordering meals for meetings as requested.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Accept incoming packages and mail when notified and distribute appropriately.
  • Water the office plants.
  • Clean and restock the break room and conference room.

 

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Prefer related experience in a fast-paced office environment
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Attention to detail, strong organization, and follow-up skills
  • Excellent communications skills; both verbally and written.
  • Human Resource experience 1-2 years preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers.
  • Spend hours standing, bending, and squatting to perform filing.
  • May occasionally perform light lifting of supplies and materials.
