Pacific Mobile is looking for a dynamic and versatile individual to become an integral part of our Pacific Northwest construction management team. Our CS team company wide, is a tight-knit group that manages $100 million worth of construction projects. Many of our projects are fast-paced, and we rely on each other to complete the project professionally and on budget.
These projects range from the placement of a standard stock factory-built structure to a complete turnkey permanent modular construction project. Your role will be to oversee the construction project from start to finish. Responsibilities include overall project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, change order management, project schedules, site inspections, and project close-out documentation. We are seeking an individual who can provide direction to customers, subcontractors, inspectors, and in-house staff to ensure compliance with quality standards. This role is directly responsible for ensuring project objectives and performance requirements.

Pay Range: $85,000 - $90,000 + 2% commission on the gross profit of the jobs you manage.
You will be responsible for:
- Review submittals from subcontractors and communicate to architects, engineers, and Clients for approvals on scopes of work based on the plans and specifications.
- Manage project change orders, including pricing negotiations between Pacific Mobile and the Client.
- Review contract documents
- Maintain open communication between all project stakeholders and assist the project team with conflict resolution between the Client, contractor, and subcontractor
- High-level understanding of cost coding, budget estimates, writing subcontract agreements, and interpreting detailed scopes of work
- Proven ability to navigate project management software programs
- Exceptional ability to develop project schedules, read and interpret plans, specifications, Geotech reports, and other associated documentation for constructing commercial modular buildings and site development.
- Creating and distributing project closeout material (O & M manuals) to the client once a project is complete.
- Monthly meetings with Project Accountant, reviewing subcontractor billings and pay applications, and SOV milestone billings
- Maintain all safety best practices and monitor for compliance.
- Participate in Construction Services yearly event. An offsite event for 2-3 days during which we celebrate the previous year, work on improvement plans, and simply have a lot of fun.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Project Management of commercial construction projects.
- Prior field and modular construction experience are preferred for this position.
- BS Construction Mgmt. or equivalent experience a plus.
- OSHA 10 Hour Certification preferred.
- Strong communication skills, including excellent ability to identify and understand the requirements of a project to the team and to participate in collaborative problem-solving meetings.
- Self-starter - highly motivated, ethical, organized, and goal-oriented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of software (D365, Outlook, Word, Project, Teams, and Excel)
- General knowledge of Design Software such as Blue Beam Revu.
- Understand Project plans and Specifications.
