Job Overview:

Premier Mortgage Resources (PMR) is seeking a dynamic Marketing Director & Events Manager to lead marketing initiatives and oversee event planning to drive brand growth, engagement, and business development. This role is responsible for executing strategic marketing campaigns, optimizing brand visibility, and managing high-impact events that support loan officers, partners, and key stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a results-driven marketing professional with a strong background in marketing and event management.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Execution

• Manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and direct mail.
• Manage a marketing ticketing system with a team for flyer creation, email marketing, social media marketing, and promo item requests.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and increase ROI.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing efforts and external communications.
• Execute on marketing requests for Loan Officers within our SLA’s to ensure customer satisfaction.

Event Planning & Management

• Plan and execute events, including corporate conferences, incentive trips, and local events for loan officers.
• Coordinate logistics, budgeting, and execution, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.
• Develop event marketing promotional materials, email campaigns, and branding.
• Collaborate with leadership, sales teams, and external partners to drive attendance and sponsorship opportunities.
• Manage post-event analysis, tracking ROI and key success metrics for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, event management, or a related field, preferably in the mortgage or financial industry.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives and deadlines.
• Experience managing large-scale events, from planning to execution.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Proficiency in marketing tools such as CRM systems (Total Expert preferred), email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
• Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
