Bilingual Senior Loan Processor (Spanish/English)

Premier Mortgage Resources is seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual Loan Processor (Spanish Speaking) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing FHA, VA, USDA, State Bond, and Conventional loans, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the process. You will coordinate with Loan Originators, Underwriters, and third-party vendors to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of mortgage processing experience, be fluent in Spanish, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Responsibilities:

• Process FHA, VA, USDA, State Bond, and Conventional loans for assigned Loan Originators.
• Review and update loan applications for accuracy.
• Verify loan information via documentation and third-party sources.
• Run and review initial DU or LP Findings.
• Assess tax returns and income documentation to calculate qualifying income.
• Order and track items such as title, appraisal, insurance, and other necessary documents.
• Pull and review Fraud Guard, SSN, and 4506T transcripts.
• Clear underwriting conditions and meet closing deadlines.
• Maintain communication with Loan Originators on file status and updates.
• Provide backup processing support across branches as needed.
• Stay up to date with changes in loan guidelines and regulations.
• Assist Loan Officers with borrower qualifying scenarios.
• Ensure a high level of customer service and professionalism.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of mortgage processing experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish (required).
• Strong understanding of FHA, VA, USDA, State Bond, and Conventional loans.
• Ability to manage a pipeline of 12+ files per month.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to submit "One Touch" files.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Proficient in mortgage software and technology.
