Sr. Manager of Copy

Essence of the role (Role’s Purpose):
The Senior Manager of Creative Copy will lead the development and execution of compelling copy across all marketing channels for Renew Life, Rainbow Light, Natural Vitality and Neocell brands. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for nutrition, supplementation, health and wellness, who can craft engaging and persuasive content that resonates with our target audiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in copywriting, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to inspire and mentor a team of copywriters.

Recipe for Success (Responsibilities):
•    Develop and implement a cohesive copy strategy that aligns with the brand’s individual voice and objectives.
•    Lead and manage a team of copywriters, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure high-quality output.
•    Develop and oversee the creation of innovative advertising campaigns that effectively promote our products and brand messaging.
•    Create engaging and persuasive copy for various marketing materials, including printed materials, website content, email campaigns, social media posts, product descriptions, and advertising.
•    Collaborate with the marketing, design, education and product teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of messaging across all channels.
•    Review market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to inform and enhance copy strategies.
•    Review and edit copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
•    Drive creative brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to marketing campaigns.
•    Monitor and analyze the performance of copy initiatives, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

Ingredients Required (Qualifications):
•    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Nutrition or related field.
•    Additional certifications in nutrition or health-related fields a plus.
•    Proven experience as a Creative Director, Copywriter, or similar role in the supplement industry.
•    Demonstrates the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining composure and delivering high-quality results.
•    Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
•    Strong leadership and team management abilities.
•    Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
•    Ability to think strategically and creatively.
•    Passion for health, wellness, and nutrition.
