Essence of the role (Role’s Purpose):
The Marketing Coordinator will report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager. In your role as Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting sales and marketing initiatives by project managing various marketing programs to support 4 natural products brands.  Working independently, you will manage all sales and marketing requests and collaborate with the team to execute them flawlessly. As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be liaising with various cross functional teams across the company, as well as interacting with retailers, distributors and consumers.  Furthermore, the Marketing Coordinator will support our promotional and in-store shopping marketing programs and assist with all consumer correspondence.  Additionally, you will be responsible to organize and ship product samples for numerous marketing programs, manage department calendar and digital assets, all incoming requests for support, communication to sales for all marketing programs/activations and proofreading all marketing materials.  A successful candidate will be outgoing and focused with both the ability to collaborate in a team as well as to work and thrive individually. 
     

Recipe for Success (Responsibilities):
•    Project Management: Oversee various marketing programs, ensuring managing the timelines and execute projects flawlessly.
•    Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to support sales and marketing requests in a timely manor.
•    Communication: Liaise with retailers, distributors, and consumers to maintain strong relationships and ensure that all brand communication is properly communicated downstream in a timely fashion.  Update specific vendor portals where applicable.
•    Promotional Support: Assist with promotional and in-store shopping marketing programs.
•    Consumer Correspondence: Handle all consumer communications effectively.
•    Logistics: Organize and ship product samples for various marketing programs.
•    Administrative Tasks: Manage the department calendar and incoming marketing support requests from sales team
•    Proofreading: Review all marketing materials for accuracy and consistency.
•    Marketing materials:  Manage inventory of marketing materials and alert brand team when materials need to be reordered.
•    Marketing Asset Management:  Maintain department’s digital files in an organized fashion

Ingredients Required (Qualifications):

·       Bachelors’ degree Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations

·       Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills are a must

·       1-3 years in a marketing role or past internships

·       Experience using Adobe Suite

·       Experience in planning, delivering, and measuring results

·       Intermediate knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok and other social platforms

·       Proactive personality and careful attention to detail

·       Ability to multi-task and demonstrate agility

·       An ability to flawlessly multi-task and thrive under pressure and deadlines

·       Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills with a smile

·       Familiarity with the supplement industry is a plus

Role’s Physical Requirements:
Hybrid Role: On site in Bohemia, NY office two days a week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays)
