Sales Executive Assistant
Essence of the role (Role’s Purpose):
A Sales Executive Assistant supports sales executives by handling a range of administrative and operational tasks, helping them focus on strategic selling and client relationships.
Recipe for Success (Responsibilities):
• Administrative Support:
• Schedule meetings, calls, and travel arrangements for sales executives.
• Manage calendars to prioritize appointments and ensure seamless time management.
• Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as needed for sales meetings.
• Process Expense Reports
• Client Interaction:
• Communicate with clients on behalf of the sales team to arrange meetings, follow up on inquiries, and confirm orders.
• Support the onboarding process for new associates, providing them with relevant information and materials.
• Sales Data Management:
• Assist Sales team with spreadsheet analysis for specific sales situations and projects.
• Update customer and Broker agreements per direction from the sales team.
• Coordination and Communication:
• Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, like marketing, finance, and customer support.
• Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and webinars, ensuring all details are managed.
• Market Research and Strategy Support:
• Gather market data and competitor insights to support the sales team in refining their approach.
• Monitor industry trends to provide sales executives with valuable information.
• Additional duties as assigned
Ingredients Required (Qualifications):
• Education: High school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field can be advantageous.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, and be proficient with Excel formatting and formulas, and PowerPoint.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams professionally.
• Organization and Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Sales Acumen: Understanding of sales processes and client relationship management is a plus.
