E-Commerce Content Marketing Specialist

Essence of the role (Role’s Purpose):
    We are looking for a dynamic Content Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. This role is perfect for a creative and strategic thinker who is passionate about building engaging content across multiple platforms to drive brand awareness and conversion. If you have a knack for crafting compelling stories and a deep understanding of content optimization and digital marketing strategies, we want you on our team!
   

Recipe for Success (Responsibilities):
•    Develop and produce high-quality content for our websites, social media platforms, and other marketing channels. This includes writing optimized blogs, creating engaging videos, and crafting compelling social media campaigns.
•    Create and maintain a content calendar that aligns with our business objectives and marketing strategies. Plan content releases to maximize audience engagement and meet key performance indicators.
•    Monitor and report content performance across different platforms. Use data to understand what works best and optimize future content to replicate successful patterns and improve overall engagement.
•    Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics, competitive landscape, and target audience to ensure content relevancy and accuracy.
•    Edit and enhance content created by in-house team members and external contributors.
•    Collaborate with other teams within the company to make sure effective promotion and distribution of content. 
•    Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to ensure alignment between content calendars and broader brand and product campaigns.
•    Additional duties as assigned

Ingredients Required (Qualifications):
•    Experience with video creation and editing, particularly for social media platforms.
•    Proven ability to write clear, persuasive, and grammatically correct content.
•    Ability to translate data into actionable content strategies.
•    Knowledge setting Meta and TikTok Advertising Campaigns 
•    Ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously, from inception to completion.
•    Having the ability to multi-task, prioritize and successfully meet several deadlines at once while maintaining attention to detail.
•    Excellent oral/written presentation skills; proficiency in preparation and presentation of creative work.
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
•    A collaborative spirit, driven personality, out of the box thinker, hands on, and self-starter committed to continuous improvement and growing as a marketer.
•    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
•    3 to 5 years of marketing experience.
•    Experience with content management systems and digital marketing tools.
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools.
•    Preferred Knowledge in Shopify
•    Knowledge of Adobe suite (Photoshop and Illustrator)
•    Knowledge of Editing Video Software
