POSITION PURPOSE

Participates in the management of and maintains timely and accurate Program data.  Areas of focus includes a detailed understanding of Program course processes for Sports, Aquatics, Teams, and League registration, and auditing data.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  1. Maintains detailed knowledge and understanding of Program management systems through on-going training.
  2. Utilizes SmartSheet forms and approval processes to manage change in course offerings, class size, start and end dates, and pricing.
  3. Utilizes tools including; Salesforce Program Builder, Data Loader, Inspector, and Microsoft Excel for data upload and validation
  4. Meets with Program Team Leaders, Finance, Marketing, and IT as needed for discuss changes and participate in decision making about key business processes.

Other Essential Functions

 

  • Pro-actively maintains Program Course, Session, Options, booking, and pricing for programs as assigned.
  • Review and produce data audits for Instance Setup
  • Manages change requests from Program Leaders to open, close, increase, and decrease program offerings in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Generate reports and corresponding letters as scheduled and requested.
  • Participate in the review and change of Policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Communicates issues and updates with Program Leadership.
  • Seeks and obtains continuing professional development technical training in Salesforce and other applications.

 

ROLE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years of experience in business process analysis or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prior YMCA experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and logical thinking skills. 
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills with all level of personnel.
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with staff and vendors
  • Ability to learn new skills in a dynamic environment.
