Title: Senior Marketing Analyst

Position Description: Design, build, and maintain a sustainable set of analytics tools to continuously monitor and maintain performance and ROI of marketing campaigns. Leverage functional expertise to build relationships with the digital acquisition teams. Advance the business goal of democratizing data by designing and building user-friendly data visualization tools and partnering with the data team to identify new data sources. Study web and campaign performance to uncover insights and make recommendations for enhancements. Develop and implement targeting methodologies and harness insights from website data, consumer data, and surveys to improve customer acquisition. Drive improvement in customer acquisition efficacy, efficiency, and growth through analytics. Influence real-time campaign decisions and investments. Full-time telecommuting permitted.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Analytics, Engineering, Engineering Management, or a related field. Must have 2 years of experience in the job offered or related, including 2 years of (1) progressively responsible experience in business intelligence and analysis for marketing domain; (2) experience building and analyzing data using Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Tableau, Salesforce, Google & Bing Ad Platforms and Microsoft Office; (3) experience with SQL querying; and (4) proven experience in various statistical techniques including logistic regression.
