The Senior Marketing Designer will lead the creation and design of marketing and internal communication collateral that enhances our brand’s identity and engagement with customers, prospects and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Develop Marketing Collateral: Lead the development of marketing materials, including ads, brochures, infographics, email visuals, videos and other assets. Craft clear, engaging, and visually appealing content that aligns with brand messaging and tone. Oversee image selection and layout to ensure materials meet high standards of brand consistency, messaging, and tone.
- Presentation Decks: Design visually compelling PowerPoint presentations that adhere to brand standards and effectively communicate key messages. These will include customizable templates that sales representatives can easily modify for customer or prospect specific personalization.
- Develop Internal Communication Collateral. Collaborate with department leaders to gather inputs and create email announcements, presentation decks, posters, and videos that engage and inform employees.
- Brand Consistency: Serve as a brand ambassador by maintaining a cohesive, professional look and feel across marketing collateral and communications. Establish and uphold guidelines and review processes to ensure consistent use of brand elements.
- Market Research: Identify emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in design and presentation. Provide insights and recommendations to continually improve the effectiveness of marketing and communications materials.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing timelines, budgets and deliverables to ensure on-time, successful completion. Work closely with team members to foster a creative and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in graphic design, marketing collateral design, brand management or a similar field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), web-based design tools such as Visme or Canva and presentation software like PowerPoint. Experience with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut) is also a must. Ideal candidate also has proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams).
- Creative Abilities: Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics, color, typography, and layout.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, particularly in reviewing content for accuracy and consistency.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaboration: Comfortable working in a collaborative environment with both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
