Customer Service Representative will interact with Panoramic Health’s customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Interacts with customers/patients via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on services.
  • Collects and enters orders for new or additional services.
  • Fields customer/patient questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.
  • Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’/patients’ problems and concerns.
  • Maintains customer/patient accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
  • Performs other related duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in similar role or position.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
