Within the Data Engineering organization, our Data Platform exists to maximize the value of data throughout Panoramic Health by improving the productivity and innovation of Panoramic engineers, data scientists, machine learning practitioners, and business users. Our Data Platform enables Panoramic Health to scale effectively and evolve rapidly by providing highly performant, secure, compliant, and flexible data infrastructure that supports the expanding needs of the business. 

 

You will be working with talented cross-functional team members (across product, engineering, data science, etc.) to determine how data can ultimately improve the Panoramic Health product experience for patients and providers, as well as support operational workflows that help run the business.

 

As a Product Manager for Data Platform, you will be responsible for defining the product strategy, workflows, and tools that are used to power our analytics capabilities at Panoramic Health. Your team will deliver on that vision so that all analytics infrastructure applications provide world class experiences to our customers.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver a compelling roadmap for highly scalable and reliable data platform serving the needs of our largest customers
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, TPM, and Data Science to understand goals and establish success criteria with clearly measurable objectives and key results to deliver a great user experience
  • Help us identify, maintain, and incrementally deliver value on an evolving set of priorities in the Data Platform space
  • Be a strong advocate of data platform, drive integration of multiple data products and solutions
  • Leading projects to implement standards, tools, and automated processes supporting privacy and governance controls across data applications
  • Drive product development from concept to launch, find opportunities, drive product vision, strategies and roadmaps in the context of organizational goals and customer needs and struggles
  • Work with engineering to plan sprints, write user stories, and test product features, and manage releases of product features
  • Report to and work closely with the VO of Technology Product to help define a long term vision and roadmap for complex customer needs
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested

Experience

  • 3-5+ years of product management experience, ideally 2 or more years specifically in the Data Platform space
  • Expertise with SQL and Azure Cloud Environments
  • Domain and technical experience in building metrics platforms to support both product and business analytics
  • Strong understanding of technical architecture for complex and highly scalable solutions
  • Ability to capture analytics efficiently and securely
  • Demonstrable understanding of data-related technologies at scale
  • Expertise in data engineering, Machine Learning platforms and data analytics
  • Ability to communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Comfort applying a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to measure success
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
