Senior Operations Recruiter

Summary/Objective: The Senior Operations Recruiter will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top talent. This position involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new employees. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent, strong organizational skills, and a deep understanding of property management.
Classification: Exempt; not overtime eligible
Hybrid Schedule: 3 Days in the office/2 days’ work from home
Essential function/Responsibilities: duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Execute the day-to-day activities associated with the Recruitment and Onboarding of new employees across multiple states.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Tracks recruiting efforts for the HR team and search board postings.
- Process and send weekly reports including but not limited to Headcount Report, New Hire, Termination and Promotion
- Conduct orientations weekly
- Oversee and manage the Summer Internship Program
- Update various staffing charts for portfolio
- Attends job fairs and school recruiting events.
- Process employee status change letters, transfers, and promotions through Dayforce and internal IT portal.
- Assist the Talent Manager with updating and/or creating job descriptions.
- Managing and process monthly expense report for the Human Resource Department
- Conduct quarterly audit for Occupancy Agreements for Live-In Handyperson and Live-In Superintendent
- Maintain Veterans list in Dayforce and prepare an announcement
- Process employment verifications as needed.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Familiar with Paychex
- Previous HR experience preferred (2-3 years) with heavy recruiting experience a must.
- Must know Microsoft Word & Excel
- A strong sense of urgency is a must
- Knowledge of Labor Laws and HR Policies and procedures are a MUST
Salary Range: $75,000-80,000
