Job Summary:
As a member of the Nederman Shared Services, you would lead producing daily P&L associated with the firm's funding business activities, such as financial reports, direct investment activities, and develop strategies and plans for the long-term financial goals of their organization.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Owner of month-end, quarterly, and year-end closing process and all reporting.
- Overall responsible for all product costing and pricing, BOM calculations, and related processes, including the yearly pricing process.
- Leading analysis of deviations monthly, quarterly, and yearly, including forecasting and budgeting.
- Costing super user for 10+ IFS10 companies in North America
- Close cooperation with procurement, logistics, and engineering department in identifying and carrying out improvements in procurement and supply chain.
- Responsible for the oversight of the company’s inventory, including physical, cycle counts, and calculation of Excess & Obsolesce.
- Participate in designated business and manufacturing projects, i.e., production localization, various CAPEX, and ERP projects.
- Actively and proactively liaise with Shared Service Centers (SSC) and Group Finance.
- Drive and participate in regional and divisional projects liasing with global stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Your Experience & Education
- Bachelor in Business, Accounting, Finance, or similar required.
- Plus, over 3 years of experience in production control and/or calculation work from a manufacturing setting.
- OR, 8 years experience working in similar role requirements.
Your Skills & Traits:
- Understanding of intercompany financial transactions and consolidated financial statements.
- Deep understanding of product calculations, BOM structures, and build-ups.
- Knowledgeable in manufacturing processes and products.
- Willingness to take initiative to develop and improve processes.
- Demonstrable leadership qualities with a strong work ethic and team player mentality.
- Advanced with ERP, and Microsoft Software, especially Excel.
- Team and Service oriented and eager to interact with multiple interfaces
