Cellcom Lead Technology Sales Professional (Green Bay, WI)

The Lead Technology Sales Professional is responsible for acquiring and retaining customers by selling Cellcom’s products and services, ensuring a high-quality customer experience, and meeting or surpassing sales targets. Responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager in training staff, maintaining store operations, and handling customer feedback and concerns. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills, along with leadership abilities and the capacity to multitask effectively. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with retail experience preferred, and proficiency in basic computer skills is necessary. Additionally, the candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• • Provide on-the-job training for staff and assist sales consultants in achieving sales and retention goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date product and operational knowledge, acting as a subject matter expert for teammates and customers.
  • Support Store Manager in maintaining store operations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Execute customer service delivery process accurately and efficiently, both in-store and over the phone.
  • Proactively retain customers through rate plan analysis, outbound calls, and presenting renewal offerings, while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Employees may be required to assist at different retail locations in addition to their usual work location. 
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
  • Minimum two years of retail or related experience required; retail lead or assistant manager experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, including telephone etiquette and sales presentations.
  • Proficiency in interpersonal skills such as conflict management, negotiation, and relationship building.
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and Windows, with the ability to handle cash transactions and perform basic math.
