Digital Marketing Specialist | NantHealth
We're looking to bring a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to our team. In this role, you will lead our digital marketing efforts including our websites, landing pages, email campaigns, LinkedIn, etc. You'll work cross-functionally supporting departments across the organization. We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented, team player, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment of a growing organization.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop, program, test, and maintain web-related projects including, but not limited to websites, landing pages, and email campaigns
- Execute responsive, cross-browser and multi-platform compatible website and microsite design, implementation and maintenance
- Develop site navigation by categorizing content and funneling traffic through content
- Identify user and system requirements for new websites and applications
- Prioritize digital campaigns and web development projects, set timelines and assign tasks to team members as needed
- Develop wireframes of different layouts and higher fidelity prototypes when appropriate; provide layout recommendations
- Liaise with design team to define and optimize website workflows and implement design system assets
- Design, layout and code creative designs into interactive web and email formats
- Develop automated workflows for nurturing campaigns
- Maintain site/email appearance by applying, developing and enforcing brand, content and display standards
- Collaborate with marketing, senior management, designers and technical teams
- Maintain brand continuity across all projects and platforms
- Design and manage email marketing campaigns for various initiatives
- Support Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and keyword optimization
- Support the Sales Teams in running monthly analytics reports, identifying meaningful patterns and trends; share actionable insights
- Help support CRM utilization and reporting
Education and Experience Requirements:
- 8+ years’ experience required with a Bachelor's degree (commensurate experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degreed)
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Previous experience managing large projects or processes in areas of websites, campaigns and CRMs
- Ability to solve problems that are difficult and complex, requiring the ability to see the consequences of actions
- Influences others regarding compliance with online and digital marketing regulations and requirements
- Performance-driving, based on experience and website and digital marketing best practices
- Expertise in web development and technical knowledge of website platforms including WordPress, Webflow and Drupal
- Extensive experience building and optimizing web pages
- Expertise in HTML5, CSS, web publishing, and Adobe Creative Suite/Creative Cloud
- Proficiency at troubleshooting cross-browser compatibility issues
- Deep knowledge of and experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot) and web tools (accessibility, heat mapping, etc.)
- Skilled in XHTML, CSS, MySQL, PHP, and JavaScript for front end web development including responsive design
- Knowledge of design and UI/UX best practices. Strong understanding of web APIs and web service
- Ability to proofread and unit test own work
- Experience with email marketing, multimedia/video production, social media, and mobile applications
- Experience with Salesforce
- Specialist in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics and other analytics tools
- Extremely organized, detail oriented individual with strong project and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively, across business units, in a fast-paced team environment and wear multiple hats
- Ability to take creative direction and constructive feedback
- Healthcare Industry experience a plus
- Positive, team player with ‘roll up your sleeves’, service-oriented attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
The salary range for applicable US-based applicants to this position is below. The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications, prior experience as well as geographic location.

$90,700 - $126,000 base salary.
