As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for the following:
- Executing all TFCU talent acquisition and recruitment programs.
- Partnering with leaders and hiring managers to execute full lifecycle recruiting to source, identify, engage, acquire, and retain top talent.
- Supporting the development of a “recruiting mindset” across the enterprise through instilling trust, developing relationships, educating stakeholders, and being committed to best practices.
- Understanding internal talent strategy and function as a talent partner to support internal mobility and development for our employees.
- Driving consistency with candidate selection by coaching and training hiring managers and stakeholders on the recruitment process.
- Serving as a strategic partner to attract, hire, engage, mobilize, and retain key talent for Tinker Federal Credit Union.
- Collaborating with department managers and supervisors to understand the needs and challenges facing the department’s hiring strategies and problem-solve to create more effective recruiting methods.
Salary Range:
This is an exempt position. The salary range starts at $92,273.88404; however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.
Education/Experience:
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or related field and a minimum of four years’ experience as a Recruiter are required. Financial institution experience is preferred. Credit for applicable experience in a related field may be given at the rate of two years of experience for one year of recruitment experience. Applicable financial institution and/or military experience may be substituted for education at the rate of two years of experience for one year of education.
Certifications, Licenses, Registrations
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP designation is preferred.
- Bondability by TFCU's chosen authority is required.

- Working knowledge of federal and state regulations that govern recruiting and employment activities, including, but not limited to, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, Executive Order 11246, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act.
