Tinker Federal Credit Union’s Business Services department has an immediate opening for a Loan System Administrator  I, II, III! As a Loan System Administrator  I, II, III, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Serving as TFCU’s expert for all systems, associated processes and document/file management methods utilized by commercial lending. 
  • Aiding in vendor product(s) selection, testing, software upgrades and system(s) troubleshooting when needed.
  • Being well versed in applicable laws, policies, procedures, and practices, and how to apply them directly to their duties. 
  • Working closely with members of their department to develop reporting and to identify process improvement opportunities. 
  • Serving as a key point in ensuring all systems operate in a manner that enhances member service through team-supporting technology. 
  • Administering and managing system configurations for the Loan Origination System (LOS), loan core system, doc prep system and other systems assigned to Business Services. 
  • Setting up and defining components such as product and pricing, workflows, service providers, and user roles.
  • As a level II, the incumbent will serve as a team member with enhanced experience who aids those at the lower level when able. 
  • As a level III, the incumbent will serve as the senior member of the team and aid in the mentoring and/or training of those at the lower levels. They will specialize in the more advanced levels of the system administration processes, as directed by the AVP/Manager, Loan Operations.


Salary Range:

This is an exempt position. The salary range starts at $60,783.66 for a level I; however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.

Education and Experience:

An associate degree in business, technology, or a field related to the work of the position is required for Levels I and II. A bachelor’s degree in business, finance or technology is required for Level III. Applicable work experience and/or military experience may be substituted for education at the rate of two years of experience for one year of education. 

Level I: Two years of information technology experience within the financial services industry or operating and maintaining an LOS or financial computer operations platform within lending or mortgage is required.  Experience within commercial lending is preferred.

Level II: Four years of lending experience and serving as a system administrator for an LOS or financial computer operations platform within lending or mortgage is required.  Experience within commercial lending is preferred.

Level III:  Five years of commercial lending experience and serving as the system administrator for an LOS or financial computer operations platform within commercial lending is required.

 

Keys to success:

In order to be successful as a Loan System Administrator  I, II, III, you must possess these qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Jack Henry, NCino, Silverlake, Symitar, Jack Henry Experience, LaserPro,  and other relatable software vendors and their products.
  • Ability to learn and use various other types of software/systems as necessary for this position.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial document and file management.
  • Ability to learn an LOS within commercial lending and how to apply the specialized practices related to it.  
  • Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing commercial loans.
  • Proficient research and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with staff, mid- and upper management.
