St. Ann’s Community is currently seeking a full time Staffing Coordinator for the Webster Campus. The primary purpose of your job is to adequately meet the staffing requirements of each unit within Cherry Ridge to include St. Ann’s Care Center, The Glen and Rainier Grove.

Job Description:
- Schedules staff to meet established staffing requirements throughout St. Ann’s Care Center, The Glen and Rainier Grove for Supervisors, floor staff, floats and per diem staff. Notifies the Manager (or designee) of any absences.
- Assists Managers, Nursing Care Coordinators and Supervisors to fill vacancies by contacting all Per Diem and Regular staff to meet minimum staffing requirements as needed.
- Updates Managers and Nursing Care Coordinators of any call-ins.
- Records scheduled weekend make-up assignments for the following weekend as required
- Maintains tracking sheet of all nursing staff who have been called to fill vacancies.
- Assists in the completion of E-Time schedules Nursing staff as assigned (Per Diem, Nursing Supervisors).
- Coordinates scheduling of paid time off in collaboration with Managers.
- Revise list of requests from nurse manager regarding change, shift/position and other staffing needs.
- Maintains and circulates updated telephone listing.
- Assists in various data entry assignments and provides computer reports as requested.
- Performs other duties as requested.
Candidate Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with minimum of two years staff scheduling experience.
- Must be computer literate.
- Experience using various scheduling platforms preferred
