Licensing and Quality Management Specialist
The Licensing and Quality Management Specialist position is an hourly non-exempt position that reports to the Director of Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance. This position at Barber National Institute will be responsible for regulatory program licensing oversight as it relates to Institute policies, practices, and facility compliance. This position will also be responsible for developing and monitoring the agencies quality assurance plans and improvement plans.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and coordinate regulatory licensing surveys for all programs.
- Monitor deadlines and compliance in relation to licensing surveys for all programs.
- Develops, implements, and maintains agency and program related strategies to ensure programmatic compliance with various federal and State regulatory requirements.
- Develops and implements a monitoring system to ensure compliance with corrective action plans.
- Identifies and analyzes complex data from multiple sources I order to identify areas for improvement.
- Works collaboratively with Service Line Directors to establish metrics, best practice standards and drive results.
- Measures and reports progress on quality improvement and risk mitigation on and on-going basis using assessment tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1-3 years’ experience in Risk Management or Quality Assurance is preferred.
- Successful completion of ODP Quality Management Certification within 1 year of hire.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Eligibility for State Police Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse History Clearance.
- FBI clearance required for individuals who do not meet PA residency requirements.
