Qualifications you’ll bring:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, MBA preferred

Certification or Experience in Supply Chain or Vendor Management
-
Minimum of 5 years’ experience including leadership experience in Vendor Management, Supply Chain Management or related field
- Delegated vendor experience in health care, preferred
- Experience in organizing, building and directing a team managing vendors including oversight of issue and dispute resolution

Experience in driving change and facilitating collaboration across an organization

Your key responsibilities:
- Provide enterprise leadership and set the strategic direction for the Vendor Management Office in alignment with strategic and operational direction of the organization and business goals and objectives
- Develop organizational design and functional roles for the Vendor Management Office
- Develop training materials and a strategy development framework for business owners to ensure the effective development of execution plans and metrics
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and Procurement to develop standards for vendor selection.
- Oversee the Delegation Oversight Committee and regulatory compliance regarding vendor engagements
- Serve as a leadership-level point of contact for vendors working with business owners across the organizations
- Manage the collection, consolidation and reporting on vendor performance data, creating a comprehensive profile of each vendor against contract success and customer experience metrics and goals
- Contribute to our humble pursuit of excellence by performing various responsibilities that may arise, reflecting our collective goal of enhancing healthcare delivery and being the difference for the customer
